How can you spend £100 million on a squad and show no improvement whatsoever?

First game today after being away on holiday and it was like I took a time machine to the start of last season.

Is there something in the water at Rush Green?
New manager, new players, same old fucking West Ham.


Plus, on the way back via Carpenters Rd the addition of more Stop Fucking Go boards. Is there no end to the way that they can ruin that fucking hole?

Because our manager is clueless only here for the money and we bought too many players. We should of bought 2-3 premier league proven players and Maddison from Norwich who is now at Leicester.

First of all it is not always money that progresses a team/squad. Not every PL team spends a fortune but what they do is play as a TEAM working for their TEAM MATES, MANAGER, CLUB and FANS because it looks like they WANT TO do well and progress.

At the risk of repeating myself, we play in a shit hole stadium not fit for footballing purpose. We have owners who couldn't run a bath let alone a football club (yes I know we have had investment this season but their track record is horrendous), we have a dud manager who is only here for a pay day and has no interest in progressing the club (his managerial career is all but over due to age and non interest (you can clearly see this in his body psychology), we have players that play as individuals and dare I say it, fans who have delusions about how good we are when we are basically a shit run club with no identity.

On top of all this it is evident our training methods are archaic, the fitness levels are atrocious and the discipline within the club is also non-existent

When you compare us to other clubs, ant not the likes of Man C, Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool and yes Spurs we are YEARS behind them - what we should be aiming for is being on par with the likes of Everton pushing for around 5th-8th at the very least - we are light years away from this.

Say what you like about teams like Brighton, Watford, Burnley and Bournemouth and these sort of clubs but they play the proper way and are disciplined not to mention they play at football stadiums. What I wouldn't give to have a team that play as a team managed by a decent manager. I said it yesterday (and I did not want Pellegrini in the first place so not point scoring) but the Dildo bros should have gone for Howe, Dyche or Hughton - at least then we may have had some discipline and structure.

This club is a shambles from top to bottom. You can continue to cunt off the likes of Spurs all you want but at least they are progressive and we were on par with them not so long ago.

I'm off out, you can all continue to argue about the rights and wrongs of the club but if you take off those rose tinted specs for just a moment you will realise we are a mess.

I was with the Wimbledon fans on Tuesday and they were singing "One hundred million pounds and you bought a load of shit" (to the tune of yellow submarine.

I don't agree with that in the slightest but it's difficult to put up a cohesive argument against that statement at the moment!

Wolves spent 70 mil this season and spent 50m last year. 100m don't go far especially after the last 2 season transfer fuck ups.

If you don't prioritise spending the money first and foremost on the positions in the team that have a glaring weakness.

Because we spent too much of the £100m on attacking midfielders and playmakers. Bit like Everton.

We’ve barely spent anything on CMs and CDMs for a decade. Compare our outlay in these areas to, say, Watford and Fulham.

Lanzini is a forty million pound player, Jao Mario 25 and Kayoute 10.

The squad isn’t much better or more expensive than at the end of last season in reality.
